This is an end-to-end-encrypted messenger: the encryption runs in your
browser, so with scripting turned off there is no app to show. Nothing
is missing from the page - it has not started.
Enable JavaScript for this site and reload. If it is already enabled,
an extension or a network filter is most likely blocking the script
bundle.
